Sometimes plans change for the better!  Our investor purchased this beach-side duplex through EquityPro for $179,900 with the intent to turn it into an Airbnb.  However, after learning of Volusia counties zoning rules for Airbnb's our investors' plans had to change.  He decided to put renters in the property for the first two years of holding it and then since the market was hot, he decided to invest $50,000 into rehabbing the property to sell it.  After 3 days on the market, our investor sold this property for $366,000, generating a net profit of $116,100.  Well worth the change of course!
