Commercial Specialists average year-one earnings of over $90,000 with strong potential to exceed $200,000 by years two and three.
Qualifications
- Florida real estate license
- Minimum of two years in the commercial or multi-family real estate industry
- Exceptional communication ability, organization, and natural aptitude for sales
