Acquisition Associates identify, analyze, and acquire discounted real estate opportunities, negotiate contracts with sellers and agents, market new acquisitions to real estate investors and cash buyers, build a network of investors, coordinate closings, and manage wholesale transactions.
Compensation
Compensation is extremely competitive as year-one figures average $75,000 and more, with strong potential to exceed $200,000 by years two and three.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have or be in the process of obtaining a Florida real estate license
- Exceptional communication ability, organization, and natural aptitude for sales
