Acquisition Associates are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring discounted real estate opportunities, negotiating contracts with sellers and agents, marketing new acquisitions to real estate investors and cash buyers, building a network of investors, coordinating closings, and managing wholesale transactions.
Compensation is extremely competitive as year-one figures average $65,000 and more, with strong potential to exceed $100,000 by years two and three.
- Candidates should have or be in the process of obtaining a Florida real estate license
