As an Acquisition Associate, Marcel is constantly searching for distressed real estate opportunities. When he finds one, he examines all the aspects needed to support the vision and profitability of the project. He contacts and negotiates with sellers or agents to acquire the properties and then markets them to the company’s network of investors and cash buyers while also searching for new prospects. During the process, he manages and coordinates the acquired properties to ensure a smooth closing.

Working in real estate, Marcel is most excited about discovering opportunities to create wealth and exploring the paths available to achieve this, all while providing value and spaces for people to enjoy and live. When working with investors, he is most excited to understand their motivations toward their goals while being a helpful hand in achieving them, fostering a collaborative connection, and building a network.

Marcel is motivated to do his best each day because he strives to learn and continuously improve his understanding of real estate. He desires to achieve his personal goals, and by providing his best work, he gains incremental steps each day toward them. This allows him to consistently maintain a positive image and help others, both in the present and in the future.

Outside of work, Marcel enjoys playing guitar and piano, as he likes music and learning more about the theory behind how it works. He also enjoys working out, as it helps him push and improve his limits through physical strength.
